Welcome to the Chestnut Glen HOA
Welcome to Chestnut Glen, a peaceful and family oriented neighborhood nestled in the rolling hills of the LaGuardo area in unincorporated Wilson County, Tennessee. Surrounded by rolling hills and visited often by deer and other wildlife, our community offers a quiet, friendly atmosphere just moments from the natural beauty of Old Hickory Lake on the Cumberland River. About Chestnut Glen Homeowners Association
Chestnut Glen Homeowners Association (CGHOA) exists to maintain a well kept, orderly, and harmonious neighborhood for all residents. As a small HOA established in 2004, our work centers on upholding our bylaws, protective covenants, and architectural standards so the community remains safe, cohesive, and enjoyable for everyone.
We hold an annual voting meeting each October, with additional meetings scheduled when necessary. The HOA manages essential administrative responsibilities, including maintaining governing documents, publishing meeting minutes, sharing neighborhood wide updates, settling neighbor to neighbor concerns, and communicating with title companies to assist with new homeowners purchasing property in Chestnut Glen. Our Architectural Committee reviews and approves Architectural Modification Requests to help ensure exterior changes align with the established character of the neighborhood.
Annual dues are kept as low as possible and support the practical needs of the community—such as administrative expenses, entrance signage, common area landscaping and mowing, streetlight electricity, and required insurance. All board members serve as volunteers and receive no compensation for the time and effort they dedicate to supporting the neighborhood.
We remain committed to clear communication, consistent expectations, and the shared standards that help Chestnut Glen remain a peaceful and attractive place to live as the surrounding region continues to grow. We welcome comments from homeowners and encourage residents to use the Contact Us form to share their thoughts, questions, or suggestions with the board.
